Lebanon - Baked Garlic Chicken and Potatoes
This dish is one I made at the end of November, and though the picture does not illustrate it particularly well, I made Lebanese chicken and potatoes baked in a delicious garlic sauce.
I don't actually own a proper blender, so the sauce I made wasn't quite as creamy as it could have been, and a lot of the garlic ended up just finely minced rather than blended into the sauce, but it still tasted very good. I was especially happy about how easy and straightforward this recipe was to make! For something so simple with not too many ingredients, it was very tasty, and the dish lasted us several days.
Yet again, I was happy with the results of this dinner, and I'd likely tried it again- although maybe once I've got myself a proper blender.
